Intent is so much more than a gym. Josh is always finding new ways to make this more of a community. We share food ideas, have nights out and fun days and morale in the gym is amazing. Group training I was sceptical about before joining but would recommend to anyone thinking of joining. The gym itself and the set up is amazing and top quality equipment. More than anything it is FUN. I've made new friends and we all push eachother to smash our goals ♥️

I'm into my third week with INTENT Gym and I'm already starting to reap the benefits. I hadn't trained properly in years and was apprehensive about starting back at a gym but INTENT is unlike any other gym I've been to. Josh is not only an expert in his field but he goes above and beyond for his clients providing constant support and motivation. It's a great environment to be a part of and the group training based structure is a lot of fun as well, everyone is really friendly and supportive.

Training with Josh is a life changer, he is a wealth of knowledge, the gym itself is a pleasure to visit, fitted out to an extremely high standard with the best of equipment, classes are small and the best of crack, you may leave feeling sore but always with a smile. After a one month trial, the results are visible, I’m feeling stronger, and generally a lot fitter and energetic. Signed up for the next 6 months without hesitation, if you want to get results I couldn’t recommend anywhere else!

I have joined the gym plenty of times over the years, only lasted about 3 months each time. I then decided to take on a PT, a decision i will never regret. He introduced me to a whole new world of fitness based around weight lifting that i myself would never have thought of trying. I got a diet plan and training plan which he update every couple of weeks to make sure I didn't get bored. Week by week i got fitter and stronger and as I noticed my body change, my confidence increased. In six months went from a size 20 to a size 12/14. Four months after my sessions with josh ended I'm still lifting, setting new goals for myself, challenging myself in different ways and loving it. So thank you josh i was once ur Padawan i am now a full on Jedi master 🙂

If your looking to change your body, attitude and fitness while upping your knowledge and confidence, Jash is the trainer for you. He works hard to make sure your getting the right results and goals and as well as instruct, listens to you as you work through the process. I have no regrets since going for my first session and have dropped from 12st 5lb to 11st 1lb and couldn't feel happier and better for it. Stick with Jash, listen to him and follow his guidance and I promise you, the results will show. Couldn't ask for a better trainer, mentor and now friend.
